My best friend and I love to go fishing. One Saturday morning, we left home and drove to San Francisco. We then rented a boat and began our journey on San Francisco BAY. A BAY is a body of water that provides a wide opening to the sea or ocean. In this case, the ocean is the PACIFIC. We fished on the bay and in the ocean. Eventually, we sailed through a STRAIT, which is a narrow body of water which connects two larger bodies of water. My friend Steve prefers fishing in a LAKE, which is a body of water that is usually inland and completely surrounded by land....
