US Map Quiz #3 set for Tuesday/Wednesday, 2/8 or 2/9

Students will take US Map Quiz #3 on either Tuesday, Feb. 8 (periods 1-3) or Wednesday, Feb. 9 (periods 4-6).

What students need to be familiar with:

1. Two regions---the Southeast and the Deep South

2. Ten states in the southeast region---Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia

3. Eight cities within the southeast region---Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville, Memphis, Atlanta, Charleston (West Virginia), Charlotte, Lexington (Kentucky)

The states, regions, and cities must be spelled correctly

Students should be studying/reviewing their maps of the United States!
