You are a newspaper reporter during the time of the 1906 earthquake. Your assignment is to

1. Write a headline for the following day's newspaper about the earthquake and destruction (headlines are usually short, to the point, catchy)

2. Write what would be your first paragraph of your news story. You are NOT writing a news story about the quake, only the first paragraph.
