Current Event Assignment-California!

This assignment is for California History in the 20th Century, periods 1, 3, and 6 only...

Instructions:

1. Using newspapers, magazines, or the internet, find a story or article about something that has happened anywhere in California, EXCEPT SAN JOSE.

2. Print the story/article (if using the internet) or cut it out (if using a newspaper or magazine).

3. Read the article/story, then write a brief summary about it.

4. Bring both to class (article AND summary) and be prepared to share it with the class.

Note: if you do not have access to a newspaper, magazines, or the internet, students are to see me in room 16 so that I can assist him/her.
