Africa current event due on Friday, Dec. 10

A current event is due on Friday, December 10. The current event can be any article, story, or photo, as long as it relates in some way to any country in Africa.

Students may use any newspaper, magazine, or the internet to find their current event. Of course, most recent articles are best, but if all you can find is something from the past, that is fine, too.

Students must then read their story/article and write a brief summary about it. Bring both to class on Friday and be prepared to share your current event with the class and me.

Food/Music/Object substitute...of course, as with previous current events, studens may substitute food, music, or an object for the current event, as long as it relates to any country in Africa in some way.
