California Government Quiz set for Friday, Feb. 10

The students will take a California Government Quiz on Friday, February 10.

Students should study/be familiar with the following:

1. Their notes taken from the Powerpoint presentation on California's Executive Branch of Government, which included the 8 elected positions of Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General, Controller, Treasurer, Insurance Commisioner, and the Superintendant of Public Instruction.

2. Their questions and answers from the exercise on California's Legislature. Students should be familiar with the information from these questions, which included California's Upper and Lower Houses, and the duties (primary and secondary) of the California Legislature.
