Extra Credit Opportunities for Australia and New Zealand

Hello everyone! I hope you all have a relazing weekend! Here are some extra credit opportunities for anyone interested!

1. Research the Australian Dollar (their unit of currency in Australia). Find out the exchange rate for an Australian Dollar to a US Dollar. You can find monetary exchange rates in most newspapers (look in the business section near the stock reports), and of course you can get these online as well.

2. Research sports in Australia. What sports are played there? Are there any professional sports leagues, such as baseball, basketball, football, etc...? Are there any womens professional sports leagues?

3. Research any famous Austalian people. Perhaps there have been some famous people born in Australia. Maybe a famous scientist, inventor, celebrity, sports figure, politician, or anyone else of interest who can call Australia their "homeland."
